This place is totally unprofessional and lacks any customer service, plus I'm pretty sure they quoted me a completely inflated price for my dental work. First off, if you do go, plan on spending the better part of your day there. When I arrived I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment! When I asked the technician and Dr. Hinton about this they didn't even apologize or acknowledge the rudeness of it. Once Dr. Hinton sat down for my consultation, he didn't do any x-rays, actually only looked at my teeth for about 5 minutes, and then quoted me nearly $20,000 to fix my issue! I actually went to Dr. Hinton for a second opinion and as a referral from my dentist. I have gotten another quote (for the same work) from a much more highly respected office, who did a VERY thorough exam, saw me on time, did full cranial x-rays, offered me an array of options, and only quoted me $8,500! When I addressed the wait time with the office after the fact (as I just felt this was a complete waste of my time, and frankly rude/unprofessional), Sandra sent me an email trying to tell me that I only waited 10 minutes. Which is a flat out lie! Don't go here unless it's your last resort.

Outstanding - Dr Hinton and his staff did a wonderful job. They literally changed my life... My situation was assessed accurately the first visit, and everything was completed beautifully and without any surprises. Everyone at this office was wonderful to me, and the crowns they created and placed for me are perfect.

I have been a patient at the Prosthodontic Dental group for close to ten years, and have been more than satisfied with the level of service, workmanship, and professional artistry I have found there. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice, and in particular Dr. Herlin Dyal, for whose handling of complex issues I have immense appreciation.

My name is Facundo Campoy. I'm a retired aerospace engineer and am familiar with high quality workmanship. I have been a patient of Dr. Hinton's for approximately 30 years. Due to an accident 50 years ago, I required specialized facial and dental reconstruction. Dr. Hinton utilized state of the art technology and designed and created a customized dental prosthesis that has functioned perfectly all these years. The routine maintenance rendered by Dr. Hinton and his staff has been superb. They are courteous, prompt and of the highest integrity. I am extremely fortunate and pleased to be his patient.

The professionalism and most importantly the result was incredible. I had a complete restoration and appreciate "daily" how great my teeth look, feel and the ability to chew properly which is important for good health.
